AlarmForce offers AlarmCare, their senior product, since 1988. It is a Canadian-based security company with the headquarters in Toronto. They offer medical alarm care services to senior citizens of the United States and Canada for reasonable fees.

Being a security company in the first place, they offer the system with their security package.

The installation, activation and lifetime warranty are free of charge. The cost of a monthly monitoring fee is $28/mo – for Standard PERS by AlarmCare; $32.95/mo – for Fall Detection by AlarmCare. There is no distinct description of the purchase process, customers has to contact the company?s representatives in person.

There are two major contact options ? contact form and a tall-free number 1-800-267-2001. No Live Chat is available. The options of support contact look pretty limited.

Conclusion:

AlarmCare represents a fairly reasonably priced medical alert system; however, it has not many advantages to offer, especially, for the U.S. residents. They have competitive prices but very few features and options to compete with some other medical alert companies.
